The website is owned by Saša Krajnc s.p., Director of the company Prebujanje, Institute for Quality of Life, Ukmarjeva ul. 4, 1000 Ljubljana.

The use of the website, including responding to free or paid offers on any page of this site, constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. By ordering products and services, you assume responsibility for accepting the terms of business as stated on this website. In case of communication via email info@sasakrajnc.si, it is considered that the customer has read and fully agrees with these General Terms and Conditions.
The General Terms and Conditions of the online store have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Electronic Commerce on the Market Act (ZEPT), the Act on Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution, the Act on the Protection against Unfair Commercial Practices, Regulation (EU) 2018/302, the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), and they also take into account international codes of e-business.
The General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

The company undertakes to perform all ordered services with due care and within the agreed time frame.
The company does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, and timeliness of the information and data on the website, which are of an informative nature only. It also does not assume any direct or indirect liability for damages related to any performed service.
Advice received through the website, in information products (paid or free), or within the framework of individual or group consultations, should not be relied upon in connection with personal, health, financial, or legal decisions.
Agreements and promises made by a company representative or employee are binding only if the company confirms them in writing.
All products, online programs, and other services must be paid for in advance or in accordance with the terms of the contract or those stated on other pages of the website. Prices of products, online programs, and other services are not subject to negotiation.

By accepting the offer, the customer agrees that the company may also use this data for potential notifications regarding its offer. If the customer does not wish this, they may declare it upon registration.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (if applicable)
The company shall not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the lack of results achieved by users of the website and customers in relation to the knowledge provided through advice on the website, in online programs and products, or in consultancy packages, as the implementation and assessment of whether such implementation is suitable for the customer remains solely the customer’s responsibility.
Certain products or services are available exclusively through the website. These products or services are available in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products shown in the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We do not warrant that the quality of any product, service, information, or other material purchased or obtained from us will meet your expectations, nor that any errors in the service will be corrected.
REFUNDS FOR IN-HOUSE PRODUCTS (prints on high-quality photographic paper)
The customer is entitled to an exchange, but refunds are not possible. In case of dissatisfaction, the customer must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the order at info@sasakrajnc.si so we can arrange the exchange process. The customer bears the shipping costs related to the return and re-delivery. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, undamaged, and unused.
REFUNDS FOR PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS (mugs, cushion covers, blankets, etc.)
Due to the special nature of products that are manufactured, printed, or created specifically for the customer, refunds and exchanges are not possible, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective. REFUNDS FOR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
All purchases of original artworks are final. Due to their unique nature, refunds or exchanges are not possible. In presenting these unique works, we make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs to help you make an informed and responsible purchasing decision.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Purchased products will be delivered to any address within Slovenia or within the European Union. Deliveries are carried out by GLS, Pošta Slovenije, or another provider chosen by the seller.
DELIVERY TIMES
Products are dispatched within 48 hours after the order is received. Shipments are sent through reliable delivery services with tracking. You will be notified once your package has been dispatched.
Ee do not ship On weekends and public holidays, but your orders will always be processed as soon as we return.
PRICES AND DISCOUNTS
All prices are stated in EUR (euros). VAT is not charged pursuant to Article 94(1) of the Slovenian Value Added Tax Act (Saša Krajnc is not a VAT taxpayer).
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity period, except in the case of promotions, where the validity of the offer is specifically indicated.
Despite our best efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, it may occur that a price is incorrect. In such a case, or if the product price changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase.
The company may offer discounts on certain services. When discounts are available, they are specifically marked on the product, online program, or service.
Any investment in a product, program, or consultancy package is binding and non-refundable.
APPLICABLE LAW
These general terms are subject to the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent local court of the Republic of Slovenia.
If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the terms will remain in effect.
